We hired Rob Somes from Digital South Media Group to give our website an overhaul. We had a website that was functional but that was about it. It was not easy to navigate and it was not appealing to view. Through a local sporting event we meet with Mr. Somes. We discussed what he did and we saw an opportunity to hire Mr. Somes for our needs. His photos are exceptional and he really spends the time to spruce up the photo to make it perfect. His skills with website develooment are second to none. He can really take what you tell him and put that in his designs for his websites. We had him do some search engine optimization and it has worked as planned. We are getting customers from all around that travel to our website and make reservations on our website. Our website can be found on the first page of Google for many keywords and phrases. Our reservation system is separate from the website but they need to integrate with each other in order to ensure flawless booking from our guests. Anytime I have a change regarding the booking engine or just a change in general to the website, a simple email and maybe a short phone conversation with Rob will do the trick. Overall we are very pleased with our services that we have received from Digital South Media and will continue to do business with this company.
